This full‑time, on‑site position for Inventory Planning Manager is based in Spring Branch, TX. The Inventory Planning Manager is responsible for overseeing inventory strategies, ensuring optimal stock levels, and managing supply and demand forecasts. The role involves implementing inventory control measures, performing detailed data analysis to support efficient operations, and collaborating with internal teams for process improvement. Timely and effective decision‑making will be crucial to ensure supply chain efficiency and reduce inventory risks.

• Proficiency in Inventory Planning and Demand Planning to support strategic stocking and resource allocation.
• Strong Analytical Skills for data‑driven decision‑making and problem‑solving.
• Experience in Inventory Control and Inventory Management to maintain accuracy and optimise processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and demonstrate excellent organisational skills.
• Advanced proficiency in inventory management systems and tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Prior experience in inventory planning or supply chain operations is preferred.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating inventory challenges.
