Position:
Trial Attorney

I'm working with a respected law firm in San Antonio, TX, known for its deep experience across a wide range of civil litigation matters, including personal injury, construction disputes, products liability, premises liability, and first-party insurance coverage. The firm is currently looking for a skilled Trial Attorney with at least five years of experience to work alongside one of its founding partners.

This position includes a partnership track, and current Partner-level attorneys are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Handle a varied caseload from initial filing through resolution
• Conduct legal research, prepare pleadings and motions, and manage all phases of litigation
• Engage with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members throughout the process

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor and an active license to practice law
• A minimum of 5 years of civil litigation experience preferred
• Trial experience, including serving as first or second chair in jury trials
• Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work well within a team

What the Firm Offers:

• Salary range of $135,000 to $170,000, plus a performance-based bonus structure
