What You'll Be Doing:
- Be the hero for our Personal and Commercial Lines clients by solving, supporting and delivering standout service.
- Manage and nurture an existing book of business with confidence and care.
- Jump into sales opportunities with the backing of a supportive, forward-thinking leadership.
- Roll up your sleeves and support office operations that keep the team running smoothly.
- Engage in training, development and local community marketing initiatives to grow business and relationships through your involvement.
- Unlock bonus potential and salary growth as you excel.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Your RIBO License plus at least 3 years experience working in a traditional brokerage setting.
- Strong communicator, open collaborator and someone the team wants to work with.
- Proven customer service savvy with a calm, clear and always client-focused approach.
- Highly organized, detail-obsessed and deadline-driven.
- Constant learner with a coachable mindset and able to manage feedback positively by turning it into action.
- Proactive, not reactive and able to spot the need before it becomes a problem.
- Experience managing multiple insurance portals and SigXP or other broker management systems.
