Description:
Position Overview

Our client is seeking multiple Desktop Support Technicians to support, maintain, and troubleshoot all end-user computing systems at the North Richland Hills office. This is a hands-on, fully onsite role that includes imaging, repairs, upgrades, ticket handling, and end-user assistance. The ideal candidate is experienced, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering professional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support
  • Support and maintain desktops, laptops, peripherals, and related hardware.
  • Image and configure laptops/desktops using SCCM (thumb-drive imaging).
  • Install, diagnose, repair, and upgrade computer components.
  • Provide timely assistance via walk-ups, phone, or ticketing system.
Troubleshooting
  • Repair laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Resolve Wi-Fi and VPN connectivity issues.
  • Troubleshoot software, OS, and user-level access problems.
Customer Service & Documentation
  • Deliver professional and courteous support to end users.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, ticket updates, and status notes.
  • Communicate clearly and escalate issues when necessary.
Operational Requirements
  • Apply strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Ensure high attention to detail during imaging, deployments, and repairs.
Must-Have Requirements
  • Proficiency with Service Now, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT Support, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience supporting desktops, laptops, and operating systems or equivalent IT support experience.
Nice-to-Have
  • CompTIA A+ certification.
