Infor WMS Techno Functional Consultant - Required Technical Skill Set :
Infor WMS - Desired Experience Range: 7+ Yrs
- INFOR WMS application knowledge
- Experience in integration
- Database programming skills in SQL Server 2012
- Proficient in SQL stored procedures, query optimization, database troubleshooting
- Developing Functions and Triggers for the implementation of data integrity using SQL-SERVER
- Domain knowledge on Warehouse Management processes
- Integrate Infor WMS with other ERPs
- Knowledge of RF devices and label printing for warehouse operations
- Java, REST API
- Managing Incident and Service Request raised by Business and IT Team
- Response and resolution as per SLA
- Analyzing the tickets, providing resolution to users
Discussion with users for explaining the solution and configuration changes - Closing the incident with observations and findings
- Performing Root Cause Analysis for P1 and P2 incidents
