Roles and Responsibilities- Responsible for designing, developing, and deploying business intelligence solutions using Microsoft Power BI. This role translates business requirements into visual dashboards and reports that enable data-driven decision-making.
- Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI. Connect to various data sources and transform data using Power Query or other methods.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver intuitive visualizations.
- Develop and maintain complex measures using DAX.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all BI solutions.
- Support troubleshooting, maintenance, and documentation of BI assets.
- Proven experience with Power BI and Power Query.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and relational databases.
- Proficiency in SQL and DAX.
- Familiarity with Azure services, Power Platform, or other BI tools.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills.
- Candidates with experience working with JIRA data, project management data, Service Now data, financial and HR data are preferred.
- Optional but preferred skill:
Experience building custom Power
BI visualizations using Python/R.
