Salesforce Technical Lead || Plano, TX – Hybrid || Fulltime || 12 - 18 years of experience Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Proven experience as a Senior Salesforce Developer with Tech lead responsibilities.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including declarative and programmatic development.
• Expertise in Salesforce integration patterns, APIs, and middleware tools.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, security, and identity management in Salesforce.
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce DX.
• Salesforce certifications are preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

• Design and develop Salesforce solutions including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud and other Salesforce products.
• Lead the technical design and implementation of Salesforce solutions ensuring best practices and compliance with organizational standards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Define and enforce Salesforce governance, security, and data management policies.
• Oversee integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and custom development.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers and administrators.
• Conduct technical reviews, code reviews, and performance tuning.
• Stay updated with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and industry trends to recommend improvements.
• Manage technical risks and resolve complex technical issues.
• Document technical specifications, and system configurations.
