* We are searching for a seasoned program-level professional to lead transformative initiatives in cybersecurity. This isn't just about managing projects; it's about shaping the future of our security posture, specifically within our advanced security program. You will be instrumental in guiding multi-year projects, driving organizational change, and ensuring seamless communication across all levels, from technical experts to senior executives. Your expertise will directly enhance our ability to anticipate and neutralize threats, making a profound impact on our operational resilience and strategic objectives.

** What You'll Do:*
* * Lead and manage complex, multi-year security-focused programs, ensuring strategic alignment and successful execution.

* Drive Organizational Change Management (OCM) efforts for critical security initiatives, fostering adoption and engagement across the enterprise.

* Develop and execute executive-level communications, ensuring clear alignment and understanding of program goals and progress.

* Establish and oversee OCM governance, including sponsor engagement and coalition building.

* Develop and implement program roadmaps, tracking progress and ensuring timely delivery of key milestones.

* Generate and distribute applicable metrics to demonstrate program effectiveness and inform strategic decisions.

* Facilitate effective communication and dialogue across diverse teams, including senior leadership, program leads, project managers, and subject matter experts.

* Articulate and document program-level strategies, plans, and outcomes with clarity and precision.

* Navigate and lead cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

** Must-Have

Qualifications:

*
* * 10+ years of proven experience at the program management level, successfully leading complex, large-scale initiatives.

* Explicit experience with advanced security frameworks, particularly in areas related to network security and modern access control principles.

* Demonstrated expertise in Organizational Change Management (OCM), with a track record of leading significant change initiatives.

* Strong technical acumen in network security and general cybersecurity concepts.

* Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior leadership, stakeholders, and technical teams.

* Proven ability to articulate complex technical and program information clearly and concisely, both verbally and in written documentation.

* Adept at navigating organizational dynamics and leading diverse teams towards common goals.

* Relevant Project Management (PM) certifications are highly valued.

** Nice-to-Have

Qualifications:

* * Certification in Organizational Change Management.

* Experience with specific network security technologies or platforms.
