Position SummaryThe Warehouse Systems Analyst serves as the inter-company expert for Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and related technical processes. The Warehouse Systems Analyst collaborates with internal operations, administrative teams, IT, and product development to ensure sustained systemic efficiencies throughout the Distribution Services organization.
Principle Accountabilities- Act as a liaison between the operations team and the WMS elements with which the team operates, serving as a subject matter expert and continuous improvement champion
- Hone and leverage an exemplary understanding of existing WMS systems and processes
- Build meaningful relationships with WMS and other systems partners, driving improvement projects and regular communication to maximize system potential
- Assist in exploring new technology and capabilities, partnering with leadership from multiple departments in the recommendation/selection/implementation of technology enhancements
- Oversee and report on systems uptime and effectiveness across multiple campus sites
Requirements for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Associate degree preferred
- Three or more years of technical experience with multiple Warehouse Management Systems; experience in the 3PL industry strongly preferred
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills, project management, and problem resolution abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Solid understanding of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Positive, team-first attitude and strong work ethic
