• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 8+ years of experience working with Open Text Documentum,
  IBM File Net, Nuxeo or comparable Enterprise Content Management (ECM) platform.
• 5+ years' experience of administration and support of an ECM platform experience
• Java/Shell/Power Shell programming is a plus
• Migration tool experience is a plus
• AWS Cloud, Tomcat/TC Server administration on Linux/Windows experience is a plus

• Ability to perform Documentum upgrades and migrations with precision.
• Skilled installing and configuring Documentum and/or File Net components and services efficiently and reliably.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic capabilities to resolve issues quickly and thoroughly.
• Proficient in creating and utilizing SQL and shell scripts to automate system tasks effectively.
• Willingness to participate in on-call support, change management, and maintenance activities to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive environment that values and leverages team diversity.
• Comfortable working within a highly matrixed organizational structure.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
