SAP Functional Analyst Logistics (EWM)

We are looking for an SAP Functional Analyst with deep SAP EWM expertise to support our warehouse and logistics capabilities as part of a large-scale SAP S/4

HANA transformation. This role will play a critical part in both the ongoing Explore/Build activities for Manufacturing, Sales and Distribution for our Branch Operations, and in preparing the organization for long-term operational support and continuous improvement.

• Act as the SAP EWM functional lead supporting inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse processes.
• Partner with branch warehouse operations, manufacturing, supply chain, and IT teams to design and optimize logistics processes.
• Configure and support SAP EWM functionality including integration with SAP S/4
  
  HANA core.
• Support testing cycles (SIT, UAT), defect management, and resolution activities.
• Assist with go-live planning, hypercare, and stabilization of warehouse operations.
• Support integration points with Transportation (TMS), Procurement, Manufacturing, and Finance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation post go-live.

• 7+ years of SAP logistics experience with strong focus on SAP EWM.
• Hands‑on configuration of inbound, outbound, internal movements, and adjustments.
• RF framework.
• Warehouse monitor.
• Queue management.
• Exception handling.
• Ability to translate warehouse operations directly into SAP EWM design.
• The profiles we shared were seen as too focused on testing, documentation, and IDOC/interface work.
• Prior experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA and EWM implementations.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics execution.
• Experience supporting high‑volume distribution or branch‑based operations preferred.
• Ability to work in partnership with System Integrator resources and internal IT.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills with executive stakeholders and senior leadership.
