What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Provide customers with expert guidance on deployment and operational best practices
  • Serve as the primary liaison for technical questions or escalations, collaborating with various teams
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders to increase adoption and satisfaction
  • Measure and report on customers’ key performance indicators and success plans
  • Advocate for customer needs across multiple departments, ensuring their technical issues are resolved efficiently
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 3+ years of experience in technical customer‑facing roles, such as Technical Account Manager or Customer Success Engineer
  • Strong understanding of cloud services, architectures, and security best practices
  • Familiarity with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and their security considerations
  • Proven track record of building relationships with enterprise clients and driving customer success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English and French
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • CSP level certifications (e.g., Certified Solutions Architect, Certified Dev Ops Engineer)
  • Experience in Professional Services or Solutions Engineering roles
