AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. We keep the cloud running, supporting all AWS data centers, servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment. We work on challenging problems across supply chain and technology, building a diverse, inclusive culture.

You’ll join a team of software, hardware, network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and more. You’ll collaborate with AWS to deliver safety and security standards while providing unlimited capacity at low cost.

• Managing and developing teams of engineers, providing technical and leadership expertise.
• Maintaining existing Data Centers.
• Helping build and bring new Data Centers online.
• Continuously improving processes and procedures.
• Assisting & managing relationships with external vendors & contractors.
• Liaising with internal teams & management groups.
• Ensuring we adhere to and exceed local Health & Safety standards.
• Creating and maintaining metrics and using them to drive positive changes.
• Assisting in implementing service methodologies (incident, problem, change, capacity management).

• 4+ years of Information Technology (IT) experience, or Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or equivalent.
• 1+ years of operations and on‑call support for data center facilities or production facilities.
• 1+ years of networking experience (DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI, TCP/IP).

• 2+ years of data center experience.
• Experience communicating results to senior leadership or building financial and operational reports.
• Experience conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.
• Project management certification (PMP, Scrum, Agile).
• Knowledge of AWS services (EC2, EBS, S3).

Compensation: base pay ranges from $96,900 to $216,800/year depending on location. Equity, sign‑on, and benefits may apply. This position will remain posted until filled.
