- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, including Salesforce Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud
- Salesforce Certification(s)
- Ability to develop and maintain Salesforce Lightning Web Components, Aura components, and Flows
- Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without the need for sponsorship
- Familiarity integrating Salesforce with third‑party systems
- Experience in the insurance industry, agency, or brokerage
- Knowledge and experience with Pardot
- Familiarity with Flosum or similar tools
