• Support and provide technical expertise for the US Federal Motorola Solutions Account team
• Design high-value solutions based on customer needs and requirements
• Conduct detailed requirement reviews and create compliance matrices
• Deliver product demonstrations to end users and at trade shows
• Collaborate with the partner community and engage in innovative opportunities

• Bachelor’s Degree with 7+ years of experience in needs analysis and solution design, or 11+ years of relevant experience
• Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain necessary security clearance
• Strong ability to draw out customer needs and requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Computer-aided Dispatch (CAD) and telephony protocols such as SIP and h.323

• Engineering, IT, or Computer Science bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Experience with IP network design and administration
• Familiarity with multicast IP routing and PBX design
• Experience with RAVE Mobile Safety Suite
