Liberty Trail Holdings LLC, operating under the Liberty Trail RV brand, is building the South’s most trusted and respected RV dealership network. With multiple locations across Texas and rapid expansion planned, we pride ourselves on integrity, innovation, and operational excellence.
Position OverviewWe’re seeking an experienced and hands‑on IT Director to oversee all information technology and communications infrastructure across our dealership network. This individual will be responsible for implementing and maintaining standardized hardware, software, networking, and security systems to ensure operational efficiency and reliability across all locations.
Key Responsibilities- Deploy, configure, and manage network infrastructure (Ubiquiti Uni Fi systems, Starlink primary internet with AT&T backup routers).
- Install, monitor, and maintain hardware including Windows PCs, laptops, printers, routers, switches, and mobile devices.
- Oversee device security through Coro or comparable management software.
- Manage camera and surveillance systems (Ubiquiti), audio systems (Rockville), and Ring Central VoIP phone systems.
- Coordinate IT setup for new dealership locations — from structured cabling and Wi‑Fi to user onboarding and system testing.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, tagging, and documentation standards.
- Provide after‑hours remote and onsite support as needed.
- Train employees on systems use, cybersecurity awareness, and proper device handling.
- 3+ years of IT experience (dealership or multi‑site environment preferred).
- Proficiency with Windows OS, networking fundamentals, and cloud‑based management tools.
- Working knowledge of VoIP systems, video surveillance, and mobile device management.
- Strong troubleshooting and project coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently, travel between locations, and manage multiple concurrent projects.
Salary: $66,000 + - dependent upon experience
Company vehicle provided for work travel
Eligible for PTO and company benefits after 60 days
Pay dates: 5th and 20th of each month

ScheduleFull-time (Weekends as needed)
On-call availability for urgent IT issues after hours
