• 5+ years of project delivery experience in a systems or business analyst role.

• Familiarity with Genesys or similar telephony platforms.
• Exceptional communication skills as a writer, presenter, and facilitator, both written and verbal.
• Strong collaboration and consensus‑building abilities.
• Results‑oriented mindset with the ability to operate effectively at both strategic and tactical levels.
• Proactive team player who understands how systems applications can solve business problems and meet objectives.
• Broad application technology knowledge (e.g., SQL, use case writing, business process and system workflow documentation) and recognized expertise in two or more areas.
• Highly developed organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Entrepreneurial thinker, comfortable embracing, proposing, and leading change.
• Experience solving complex business problems and translating them into simple software solutions.
• Comfortable working in a highly matrixed environment involving multiple partners and technical groups.
