The Role
Presidio Business Process Consultants (BPC) will be responsible for acting as a liaison between the customer and the technical team through the deployment of a Contender Solutions project in Service Now. The BPC works with the Project Manager (PM) and Solution Architect (SA) to help guide the client to decisions that provide value for their business while adhering to industry and Contender best practices.

Responsibilities include:

• Understand and explain industry and Service Now best practices.
• Understand and explain Contender products and service offerings.
• Assist in the implementation of delivery projects, including:
• Conducting demos and working sessions with the client
• Gathering requirements from the client
• Identifying gaps or weaknesses in customer processes
• Drafting Agile stories from business requirements
• Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Supporting Organizational Change Management (OCM)

Required Skills and Professional

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent work experience and/or military experience
• 4-6 years' experience as a Business Process Consultant or Business Analyst
• Experience gathering business requirements for Service Now configuration
• Experience explaining Service Now solutions to business stakeholders
• Experience with the ITIL framework
• Experience with Agile methodology (including story refinement, testing, and scrum)
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills
• Experience with Service Now as an administrator
• Service Now System Admin Certification.
• Ability to travel 10%

Preferred Skills and Professional

Experience:

• ITIL certification (preferred)
• Service Now Certifications (preferred)
