• Review, identify & analyse job requirements to find suitable candidates.
• Source candidates using job portals and mobile apps.
• Assess candidates’ suitability against role requirements.
• Present career opportunities to qualified applicants.
• Coordinate and facilitate interviews.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively within the team.
• Handle administrative tasks such as formatting resumes and preparing manpower reports.
• Take on ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Recruitment Manager.

• Strong communicator who can professionally engage with candidates and clients.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and candidate profiles.
• Eager to learn, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Learn the full recruitment process from sourcing to placement.
• Gain insights into job markets, talent trends, and client needs.
• Receive mentorship and enhance communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Gain experience with recruitment tools, candidate tracking, and HR documentation.
• Build meaningful connections with candidates, clients, and industry professionals.
