Talent Manager, Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Location: Anson
Key Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and provide appropriate HR support and solutions.
Manage the employee lifecycle, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, performance management support, and offboarding processes.
Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to support organisational objectives.
Process and administer employee payroll in an accurate and timely manner.
Coordinate applications and renewals for foreign employee work passes in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Provide guidance on HR policies and employment regulations, and support compliance with relevant labour laws.
Administer employee benefits and compensation programmes, ensuring proper documentation and communication.
Support employee engagement initiatives and workplace well-being programmes.
Maintain accurate HR records and prepare HR reports as required.
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
At least 5 years of experience in an HR Specialist, HR Generalist, or similar role.
Good understanding of employment regulations and HR practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at different levels.
Experience using HR systems (e.g., Quick
HR) and basic HR data reporting or analysis.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple HR activities.
A collaborative approach and problem-solving mindset.
