Senior HR Generalist; ATS and HRIS - UnitProsoft​/UBI

Responsibilities:

• Manage and administer ATS and HRIS (Unit4 Prosoft) and learning platforms (data integrity, user access, adoption tracking).
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes across assigned regions.
• Ensure employment contracts, probation confirmations, and documentation are properly administered.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS, intranet and across all HR databases.
• Coordinate with payroll vendors/finance to ensure payroll accuracy and timely submissions.
• Manage work pass documentation (where applicable).
• Support HR policy communication and implementation.
• Identify areas for process improvement and automation.
• Support HR transformation initiatives (system migration, policy harmonisation, KPI framework implementation).
• Assist in planning regional events (townhalls, festive events, long service awards, etc.)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of HR experience, preferably with full-spectrum HRM experience.
• Experience in regional HR portfolios preferred.
• Familiar with HRIS (Unit4 Prosoft) and ATS systems are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of labour regulations.
• Detail‑oriented, structured, and able to manage multiple entities concurrently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / HR analytics reporting.
