Position: Human Resource Executive (Payroll)
Location: Anson

Job Description

  • Manage work pass matters including applications, renewals, appeals, and cancellations

  • Process monthly payroll and ensure timely submission of statutory contributions (e.g. CPF, income tax)

  • Administer Work Injury Compensation claims, MOM reporting, and insurance documentation

  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, including staff orientation

  • Submit Government-Paid Leave claims and manage leave administration

  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and internal communication platforms

  • Identify training needs, arrange training programmes, and submit relevant training grants

  • Maintain accurate employee records, proper filing systems, and efficient office administration

  • Monitor staff confirmation timelines and manage medical insurance enrolment and cessation

  • Maintain and manage staff personal files (hardcopy and electronic)

  • Support recruitment activities including job postings and candidate coordination

  • Assist with Foreign Worker Levy administration

  • Support Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) submissions

  • Participate in ISO audit preparation and licence renewal processes

  • Review and verify work completed by the HR & Admin team

  • Support new project setup and preparation

  • Prepare HR reports and updates for management review

  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, or related discipline preferred

  • At least 3 years of relevant HR administration experience

  • Strong knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and labour regulations

  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders across all levels

  • Payroll processing experience is an added advantage

  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

  • Hands‑on with strong coordination and IT proficiency
