Location: Anson
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, and offer administration.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and role requirements.
- Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Review applications and conduct initial assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills and suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Prepare employment documentation, including offer letters, contracts, and onboarding materials.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and candidate databases in accordance with data protection guidelines.
- Support onboarding activities to facilitate a positive employee experience.
- Coordinate offboarding processes, including exit interviews and clearance procedures.
- Ensure recruitment and HR practices comply with applicable employment legislation and organisational policies.
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment-related projects where required.
- Prepare recruitment reports and manpower updates for management review.
- Administer the organisation’s bursary programme, including application coordination and documentation.
- Manage and administer relevant government grants in compliance with funding requirements.
- Handle work pass administration for foreign employees, including applications, renewals, cancellations, and related documentation, in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support HR operations.
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in recruitment or HR functions.
- Working knowledge of recruitment processes and employment practices in Singapore.
- Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines effectively.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR/recruitment systems.
