About the TraineeshipThis structured contract program (3‑6 months) provides comprehensive training in recruitment and talent acquisition within the financial services industry. Trainees who demonstrate strong performance, learning agility, and cultural fit may be offered a permanent full‑time position.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Sourcing & Selection
- Identify and screen potential candidates using various sourcing platforms
- Coordinate interviews and support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
Candidate Experience
- Ensure a smooth, professional, and positive recruitment journey
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with candidates
Strategic Recruitment Support
- Assist in implementing innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Support outreach initiatives and pipeline development
Process Improvement
- Contribute ideas to enhance recruitment workflows and efficiency
Market Research
- Monitor industry hiring trends and competitor strategies
Employer Branding
- Support social media outreach and recruitment marketing campaigns through Linked In
- Assist in developing materials to strengthen employer positioning
Event & Outreach Support
- Drive the planning and execution of recruitment events, including seminars, networking engagements and other initiatives
Business Development Exposure
- Assist in client research and support sales initiatives
- Gain exposure to stakeholder engagement strategies
Data & Reporting
- Maintain recruitment data and analyze metrics to support informed decision‑making

- Minimum Qualification – Polytechnic Diploma, or equivalent

- HR Experience Advantageous but Not Required
