About the Traineeship

Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Selection

  • Identify and screen potential candidates using various sourcing platforms
  • Coordinate interviews and support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process

Candidate Experience

  • Ensure a smooth, professional, and positive recruitment journey
  • Build and maintain meaningful relationships with candidates

Strategic Recruitment Support

  • Assist in implementing innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent

Process Improvement

Market Research

  • Monitor industry hiring trends and competitor strategies

Employer Branding

Event & Outreach Support

  • Drive the planning and execution of recruitment events, including seminars, networking engagements and other initiatives

Business Development Exposure

  • Assist in client research and support sales initiatives

Data & Reporting

  • Maintain recruitment data and analyze metrics to support informed decision‑making
