Position: HR & Admin Executive (Entertainment)
Location: Anson

Job Responsibilities

Human Resources

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with employment regulations.
  • Oversee compensation & benefits administration, including insurance, leave management, bonus calculations, and statutory contributions.
  • Develop, review, and implement HR policies, SOPs, and internal guidelines in accordance with applicable regulations and corporate governance standards.
  • Support HR strategy initiatives and workforce planning in collaboration with Japan HQ.
  • Handle recruitment coordination, onboarding, offboarding, and employment contract administration.
  • Maintain proper employee records and ensure compliance with MOM and statutory requirements.
  • Provide HR advisory support to management and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Liaise closely with Japan HQ on HR reporting, policy alignment, approvals, and regional initiatives.

Administration

  • Oversee office administration matters including vendor management, office supplies, and facilities coordination.
  • Support company events, corporate visits, and internal engagement activities.
  • Manage work pass applications and renewals where required.
  • Ensure smooth day‑day office operations.
Job Requirements
  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant HR generalist experience.
  • Strong hands‑on experience in payroll processing and compensation & benefits administration.
  • Proven experience in HR policy development and implementation.
  • Experience in liaising with overseas headquarters and working within a multinational corporate environment will be an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous, organised, and able to work independently in a lean setup.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
