Fischer, TX ML Healthcare is seeking a passionate individual to join our dynamic sales team as an remote or hybrid Account Executive / Healthcare Recruiter in the beautiful city of Fischer, TX which could be remote or a Hybrid role in Austin Texas at our headquarters.
- Candidate sourcing and engagement.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Coordinating and assisting with recruitment processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Basic understanding of sales concepts to pitch services to clients and attract top talent.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, candidates, and client relationships simultaneously.
- Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving recruiting landscape.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business or related field preferred.
