Our ideal candidate meets the qualifications listed below:

• Hands-on experience with HCM systems, SaaS, CRM, or project management technology
• Experience working with timekeeping solutions (Swipeclock preferred)
• Strong relationship-building skills

Experience with Excel, human capital management, and SQL Server, along with a four-year post-secondary education or a bachelor s degree, is preferred.

In this full-time role, you ll ensure every detail of payroll and HR data conversion is flawless. From importing wage data and tax liabilities to performing quality checks on PTO plans, benefits, and garnishments, you ll be the guardian of accuracy. You ll communicate project updates, assist with training, and actively drive Alliance HCM s vision, all while ensuring clients experience a seamless transition.
