Location: Burnet
A leading fabrication company in Texas is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support high-volume hiring across multiple job sites. This hands-on role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates efficiently while collaborating closely with operations, HR, and Safety leadership to ensure compliance with job requirements. Ideal candidates will have 2–5 years of experience in recruiting, strong communication skills, and a preference for those with experience in construction or manufacturing environments.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
