Recruiter, Talent Manager

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to support a high-volume hiring across multiple job sites. This role is focused on execution - sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates quickly to meet operational needs.

You will work closely with operations, HR, and Safety leadership to ensure hiring is timely, compliant, and aligned with job requirements.

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly and select salaried roles
• Source, screen, interview, and hire candidates in a fast-paced environment
• Support hiring ramp-ups and workforce growth initiatives
• Coordinate background checks, offers, and hiring documentation
• Partner with HR and field leadership to meet staffing goals
• Participate in job fairs and local recruiting events

• 2–5 years of recruiting experience, preferably high-volume or field-based
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously
• Experience recruiting in construction, manufacturing, or industrial environments preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
