Reports To: Front Office Manager

, you will serve as the driving force behind the guest experience at Horseshoe Bay Resort. We are seeking a dynamic, hands‑on leader with a passion for luxury service, operational excellence, and team development.
You will oversee the first and last impression our guests receive, ensuring an exceptional, seamless experience throughout their stay.
Operational Excellence- Lead all Front Office operations with a focus on efficiency, coordination, and high-touch service delivery.
- Ensure complete guest satisfaction by proactively resolving challenges and implementing world‑class service standards.
- Establish clear goals, develop and mentor the management team, and cultivate a culture of professionalism, high morale, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee reservations forecasting, occupancy strategy, and revenue controls.
- Manage budgets and P&L performance with precision and accountability.

- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in hotel, resort, or rental management.
- High School diploma required;
College degree preferred.
- Strong P&L understanding and the ability to interpret financial reports.
- Proven team leadership, mentoring, and staff development skills.
- Exceptional communication and a strong commitment to personalized guest service.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays to support peak resort operations.
