Part TimeNight Auditor

The Night Auditor is responsible for being the first point of contact and first impression with guests, handling all stages of a guest’s stay, which may include multitasking, and performing duties that reflect our property’s vision, mission, and core values.

• Process payments, generate invoices, and balance transactions at the end of each shift.
• Handle reservations via phone, email, or in person, including individual and group bookings.
• Perform basic maintenance or housekeeping tasks when needed to maintain guest comfort.
• Prepare and distribute end-of-day reports, ensuring accurate accounting records.
• Respond to and resolve guest concerns promptly by working with the appropriate departments.

• Experience in hospitality is preferred but not required—we welcome applicants at all experience levels.

• Strong customer service skills with a guest-focused approach.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
• Proficiency in internet software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
