Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen areas, and equipment in sanitary condition;
Washes dishes and kitchen items by hand or in dishwashing machine as assigned;
Polishes silver using appropriate equipment and procedures;
Maintains safety and sanitation standards in the dishwashing area;
Loads and unloads supplies and equipment as needed
