REPORTS TO: AGM / Restaurant Manager

Lead the Peak of Texas Luxury

The lake life is calling! Horseshoe Bay Resort is seeking a sophisticated and results-driven AM Supervisor to oversee morning food and beverage operations at the Summit Clubhouse. As a critical leader within our F&B department, you will ensure that our members and guests receive an unparalleled upscale experience as they begin their day in the heart of the Texas Hill Country.

The Venue:
Jack's

Named in honor of golf legend Jack Nicklaus,
Jack's is an exclusive retreat located on the second level of the Summit Rock Clubhouse. Designed for our highest-tier members, it offers a refined atmosphere of local limestone and panoramic views of Lake LBJ. As the AM Supervisor, you are the face of the resort during the most critical hours of the day, ensuring the "Summit Standard" is set the moment the doors open.

Your Impact:
Elevated Operations & Leadership

The AM Supervisor's main function is to ensure total guest satisfaction through the development of a strong team environment. You are a "floor-first" leader; while you possess the administrative skills to handle scheduling and budgets, your primary impact is made through active presence and "Aggressive Hospitality."

Key Responsibilities
  • The Perfect Opening: Execute the manager's opening checklist with precision. Ensure the dining room, bar, and outdoor terrace are set to "Signature Luxury" standards before the first member arrives.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations for the morning shift across Clubhouse outlets (Jack's and the Grill). Monitor staffing levels in real-time to align with member flow and tee times.
  • Team Development: Lead and motivate the AM team (Servers, Bartenders, Hosts). Conduct morning "Taste Panels" and menu classes to ensure the staff is well-versed in daily specials and premium ingredients.
  • Member Relations: Initiate high-level guest interaction. Seek feedback, recognize members by name, and anticipate morning preferences (preferred tables, coffee/beverage choices, etc.).
  • Financial Stewardship: Properly execute revenue and check control procedures. Monitor labor costs through efficient daily scheduling and manage the "Prime Cost" of the morning shift.
  • Sanitation & Maintenance: Ensure all side-work is completed and maintain a safe, pristine work environment. Manage a repair and maintenance program through proactive work orders and inspections.
What You Bring to the Team
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of high-end food service or hospitality leadership experience.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead teams and a "People First" mentality.
  • Technical: Proficient in restaurant operations; experience with Agilysys POS is a plus.
  • Certifications: 18+ years of age with current TABC and Food Handler certifications.
  • Standard: A professional, neat appearance and a work ethic that thrives in a fast-paced luxury environment.
Perks of the Paradise Life

At Horseshoe Bay, we empower our leaders with a world-class benefits package.

  • Play Where You Work: Access to world-class golf and resort amenities (based on occupancy).
  • Housing & Travel: Subsidized associate housing and shuttle service; generous travel discounts at over 100 Crescent Hotels properties.
  • Growth: Opportunity to advance within the Crescent Hotels & Resorts network through specialized leadership programs.
  • Security: Comprehensive Health, Dental, and Vision plans, plus a 401(k) with employer match.
