Location:

Horseshoe Bay Resort, Lake LBJ, Texas – a 17,000‑acre resort offering luxury accommodations, golf, and outdoor recreation with close proximity to Austin.

Responsibilities
  • Work unsupervised and independently.
  • Clean all front‑of‑house restaurant areas using dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and general cleaning procedures.
  • Clean and remove spots from doors, walls, and foyers; polish mirrors and doors.
  • Follow written directions and standard operating procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with the Director of F&B, Waterfront Manager, and supervisors.
  • Maintain confidentiality and a clean, safe, and environmentally responsible work environment.
  • Maintain equipment and report any building or equipment maintenance issues to supervisors.
Qualifications & Employment Standards
  • Decision‑making ability, initiative, and sense of urgency required for daily operational tasks.
  • Preferred experience in restaurant or club cleaning.
  • Organizational and multi‑tasking skills.
  • High degree of problem‑solving ability.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work as part of a team.
  • Professional demeanor in manners and appearance.
  • Adherence to associate uniform standards, including slip‑resistant, enclosed‑toe footwear.
  • Proficient reading and speaking in English.
Physical & Mental Requirements
  • Physical strength, stamina, and agility to perform assigned duties.
  • Frequent lifting and/or moving of up to 35 pounds.
  • Ability to stand, walk, squat, bend, and stretch for long periods.
  • Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures.
  • Report work‑related accidents, injuries, maintenance needs, and unsafe conditions immediately.
  • Ability to work well with co‑workers and demonstrate teamwork.
