Required Skills:

Valid nursing license and applicable state licensure Proven experience in Emergency Room and Medical-Surgical settings Ability to adapt to a rotating schedule, working 36/48 hour night shifts (7 pm - 7 am) Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications Nice to Have

Skills:

Experience in critical access hospitals or rural healthcare settings Prior exposure to ER patient management with 5-10 daily cases Proficiency in patient documentation systems Ability to handle high-acuity cases with professionalism and composure Preferred

Education and Experience:

Graduate of an accredited nursing program ( ADN or BSN preferred) Minimum of 2 years of bedside RN experience in ER and Medical-Surgical units Certification in advanced trauma and emergency care is advantageous Other Requirements:
