PHYSICAL THERAPIST ASSISTANT - FULL TIME — CRESTWOOD HEALTH & REHABILITATION – WILLS POINT, TX

Crestwood Health & Rehabilitation in Wills Point, TX is a post-acute care facility that provides long‑term care, short‑term care, and geriatric outpatient services. We are seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our in‑house therapy team. As a member of our team, you can expect excellent leadership, facility‑level decision making, competitive compensation, and a fun work environment where you are appreciated and supported to do your best work.
Duties:- Apply evidence‑based practices to support clinical interventions.
- Provide rehabilitative treatment to patients with physical functioning disorders under Physical Therapist supervision.
- Administer various rehabilitation procedures, including manual techniques, ambulation, exercises, modalities, and supportive device use, under Physical Therapist supervision.
- Collaborate with the supervising Physical Therapist to assess and adjust treatments according to regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
- Offer consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers regarding physical disorders.
- Physical Therapy Assistant license is required.
