Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing exceptional patient service and possess a strong understanding of various massage techniques. • Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual needs and health conditions.
• Provide a range of massage therapies, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy, tailored to each client's requirements.
• Utilize knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to enhance treatment effectiveness.
• Implement pain management strategies through targeted massage techniques.
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment environment, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by building rapport with clients and addressing their concerns effectively.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in occupational health and med spa services.
• Document treatment plans and client progress accurately in compliance with facility protocols.

• Proven experience as a Massage Therapist with a strong focus on patient service and assessment.
• Proficiency in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other therapeutic techniques.
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and occupational health principles is essential.
• Energy work is a plus but not required.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
