Carter Creek Winery is currently hiring experienced Licensed Massage Therapist to provide guests with professional spa services at our 5 room Resort Spa.

• Provide consistent professional massage and body treatments in accordance with spa protocols and accepted certification process.
• Effectively inform and educate our guests about specific wellness concerns.
• Be flexible with scheduling, supporting the needs of the spa.
• Properly care for equipment and use proper amounts of product as indicated on service protocols to assist with cost controls.
• Have complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products offered.
• Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the spa’s policies and procedures.
• Perform prep work, properly clean and restock rooms as required.
• Communicate to management any and all occurrences involving staff or guest incidents that require attention.
• Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, and retail. Promote programs, promotions and discounts available.
• Handle guests’ questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
• Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by guests.
• Possess the ability to work without direct supervision.
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment.
• Regularly attend, participate in and support training and staff meetings for the spa.
• Assist in all areas of spa operation as requested by management.

• State of Texas Massage Therapy License or recent graduate able to apply for licensing.

Spends majority of time indoors. Bi-level structures. Extensive facility. Indoor: temperature controlled, clean, and well-lighted offices, guest rooms, and public areas. Moderate exposure to hazardous substances and fumes. Possible exposure to blood-borne pathogens.

Stand, sit or walk for an extended period of time; grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight; move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Repetitive motion activities. Coordinate multiple tasks. Ability to maintain physical strength. Healthy, positive, concise mindset.
