Hospice Marketing/Executive Director – Brownsville Area

Concho Hearts Hospice is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Hospice Marketing/Executive Director to join our team in the Brownsville area.

We are seeking a strong leader with hospice experience who is passionate about building relationships, developing teams, and growing a program that truly serves its community.

As an Executive Director/Marketing Leader, you will have the opportunity to build your team, grow referral partnerships, and lead a hospice location with the support of an experienced leadership team. This role blends leadership, business development, and a heart for people.

• Develop and grow referral partnerships throughout the community.
• Serve as the face of Concho Hearts Hospice in your service area.
• Visit providers, facilities, and community partners to share our mission.
• Lead educational in-services and outreach events.
• Help families understand hospice services and expectations.
• Collaborate closely with the clinical team to ensure smooth care transitions.
• Support the growth and success of your location through strong leadership.

• Minimum of 2 years of hospice experience required (marketing, leadership, or operations).
• Hospice and/or home health marketing experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• A heart for serving patients and families.

Job Type: Full-Time •
Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 per year
