Provide superior customer service and service standards in Pharmacy Operations;
Manage exception station; solve third-party issues;
Receive/process prescriptions using RxEVO; verify patient information; input into the computer system; process third-party prescriptions; manage adjudication review;
Coordinate Rx screening events, flu shot scheduling, immunization scheduling, and future events;
Maintain automated prescription processing equipment (e.g., Kirby Lester, Script Pro) and process RxIMS reports
