Behavioral Technician – Behavioral Innovations

What You’ll Do
- Provide 1:1, center‑based ABA therapy to children (18 months‑10 years)
- Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision
- Collect and record behavioral data
- Support skill development, communication, and social interaction
- Participate in training, supervision, and team collaboration
- Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment
Pay & Career Growth
- Entry Level: $15.00 /hr
- RBT I‑V: $16.00–$20.00 /hr
- Senior RBT: $21.00 /hr
Future BCBA Career Path: ABA Intern → Lead RBT → ABA Apprentice → BCBA → Clinical Leadership
What We’re Looking For
- Required: High school diploma or GED, reliable transportation, strong communication and organization, willingness to obtain RBT certification within 60 days (if not certified)
- Preferred: Active RBT certification, experience with children, autism or developmental disabilities, background in childcare, education, behavioral health or related fields
