Monday‑Friday 8:00 am‑5:00 pm; occasional Saturday as needed.

Action Behavior Centers is seeking certified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our Dallas clinic team. In this role, you’ll provide meaningful, play‑based ABA therapy in a supportive, collaborative environment that values your skills, experience, and growth.

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• RBT exam already passed
• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma
• Lift up to 30 lbs
• Ability to sit, stand, crouch, squat, and move quickly with young children
• Frequent on/off the floor and a consistent, active pace throughout the day
• Maintain clean, organized, safe therapy spaces
• Consistent attendance and punctuality
• Commitment to ABC’s core value of teamwork; may occasionally support a nearby sister clinic if needed

• High School/Associate’s Degree: $17–$23.50 per hour
• Bachelor’s Degree: $18–$25.50 per hour
• Master’s Degree: $19–$27.00 per hour

• Work one‑on‑one with children aged 18 months to 8 years using play‑based ABA therapy
• Follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple data, and communicate with your team
• Help kids learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands‑on activities
• Stay active during sessions, moving constantly to stay engaged with children
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe therapy space
