Overview
We are seeking a dedicated RN, Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery, to provide compassionate care to mothers and newborns in Gregory, Texas.
Responsibilities- Assess, plan, and implement personalized care for laboring patients and postpartum mothers.
- Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal vital signs to ensure safety during labor and delivery.
- Assist with childbirth procedures and provide postpartum education and support.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and evaluate patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to safety protocols.
- Provide emotional support to patients and families during the childbirth experience.
- Strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Experience as an RN in Labor and Delivery preferred.
