Part time and Full-time positions available.

Our Individual Apartment Living team provide flexible, drop-inand scheduled support on a 24/7 basis to clients who liveindependently. We assist with personal care, manual handling,domestic duties, meal preparation and providing access within their homes—all whilst respecting their privacy and choice.

Every day is different. You will need to be confident,adaptable, and ready to respond to both planned and unplanned needs.

Success in this role looks like:

• At least 12 months experience in either disability supportor aged care, ideally with clients who have high intensity support needs
• Must have a strong capability and confidence in manual handling requirements
• Ability to connect with and support our clients to liveindependently in their own home
• Clear communication skills, both verbal and written
• Having the ability to be quick thinking and manage competing demands
• Skilled in the use of Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and other online programs
• Ability to work by yourself as well as in ateam

Successful candidates will only be considered if they are flexible and have availability to work a range of days / times tosuit our clients’ care needs. This includes being contracted to work shorter shifts on a regular basis.

Successful applicants will require a current NSW Drivers Licence. An offer will be subject to a police clearance, apre-employment medical, a current First Aid Certificate, proof offull Australian work rights and a NDIS Worker Screening Check.

Ability to access and use a smart phone is required for thisrole.
