Overview
Under the supervision of the Clinical Program Manager, the case manager provides recovery-oriented case management services, skill building, and medication education. Responsibilities include psycho-social-emotional needs assessments, completing Person-Centered Recovery Plans, assisting youth, adults, and their families with accessing community resources, providing rehabilitative services, initiating crisis intervention when needed, and documenting all services in an electronic health record in collaboration with a multidisciplinary recovery team.

Hourly Salary Range: $21.46 - $30.71
Responsibilities- Conduct routine psycho-social-emotional needs assessments and complete Person-Centered Recovery Plans.
- Assist youth, adults, and their families with accessing community resources and providing rehabilitative services.
- Initiate crisis intervention when needed and document all services in the electronic health record.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary recovery team and adhere to company and state guidelines; maintain high levels of detailed electronic documentation.
- Work independently and within a team, prioritize needs during crisis situations, engage in regular meetings and training opportunities, and perform other duties as assigned with a positive attitude.
- Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services (or 24 credits in a human services field if degree is not in Human Services).
- Comprehensive knowledge of mental health diagnoses and treatment; ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, recovery-focused environment.
- Demonstrated aptitude to connect with people.
- Valid Texas Driver's License and maintained approved driver status throughout employment.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Human Services.
- One year of experience in wellness and recovery support services in mental health, substance use, and/or crisis intervention and screening.
- Pursuit of clinical licensure in counseling, behavior analysis, family therapy, social work or related field; advanced licensure.
- Bilingual in ASL or Spanish.
- Experience in providing concurrent documentation.
- Licensure as a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC).
- Up to $4.00/hour - Tenure with BTCS
- $0.75/hour - Bilingual
- $Up to 2.00/hour - prior experience in a similar role with a community center in Texas
- $1.00/hour - Master’s Degree in Human Services
- $1.00/hour - Advanced Licensure
- $0.50/hour - LCDC Licensure
- Eligible for Quarterly Service Delivery Award
