• Oversee daily operations of the Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy departments.
• Ensure all therapy services are delivered in compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations.
• Manage, mentor, and develop the rehab team to achieve high performance and job satisfaction.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with nursing, administration, and medical staff.
• Monitor caseloads, productivity, and financial performance, providing strategic direction for improvement.
• Review and ensure accuracy of documentation, billing, and clinical records.
• Participate in care plan meetings, patient/family education, and discharge planning.
• Maintain a culture of accountability, professionalism, and compassionate care.

• Degree from an accredited Therapy program
• Active license in Texas
• Great communication skills, adaptability, and a warm personality
• A passion for geriatric care (or a willingness to fall in love with it)
• SNF experience is a plus—but not a deal breaker
