Job DescriptionFurthering our Mission to continuously improve the health and independence of the persons we serve.
The case manager, under the supervision of the Clinical Program Manager, provides recovery-oriented case management, skill building, medication education, psycho-social-emotional needs assessments, Person-Centered Recovery Plans, assists youth, adults, and families with community resources, rehabilitative services, crisis intervention, and documents all in an electronic health record as part of a multidisciplinary recovery team. Services promote recovery, wellness, community integration, independent living, and improved quality of life.
55% of hours are direct service. The role requires thorough electronic documentation and adherence to company and state guidelines.
Key responsibilities include routine assessments, service coordination, advocacy, crisis prioritization, regular meetings, training, and other duties as assigned with a positive attitude.

Hourly Salary Range$21.46 – $30.71
Differential Detail- Up to $4.00/hour – Tenure with BTCS
- $.75/hour – Bilingual
- Up to $2.00/hour – prior experience in a similar role with a community center in Texas
- $1.00/hour – Masters Degree in Human Services
- $1.00/hour – Advanced Licensure
- $.50/hour – LCDC Licensure

Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services
- Comprehensive knowledge of mental health diagnoses and treatment, ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, recovery-focused environment.
- Demonstrated aptitude to connect with people.
- Valid Texas Driver's License with approved driver status.
- If degree is not in Human Services, a minimum of 24 credits in a human services field.
- Master’s degree in Human Services.
- One year’s experience in providing wellness and recovery support services in mental health, substance use and/or crisis intervention and screening.
- Pursuit of clinical licensure in counseling, behavior analysis, family therapy, social work or a related field.
- Advanced licensure.
- Bilingual in ASL or Spanish.
- Experience in providing concurrent documentation.
- Licensure as a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC).
