• Enroll providers and practitioners into the provider data management system
• Update provider and practitioner information related to claims payments and directories
• Research, review, and make updates within the provider data management system per provider requests
• Perform quality service checks on systemic data, including claims processing and provider directory information
• Resolve problems as necessary through thorough research

• High school diploma or equivalent;
  Associate degree in healthcare or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of provider data or network administration experience, preferably in a managed care setting
• Proven experience in data entry and analysis, particularly in a healthcare environment
• Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

• Experience in claims processing, billing, or provider relations
• Familiarity with credentialing or contracting outputs
• Ability to thrive in a production-based environment
• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively within a team
• Fast learner with a commitment to quality and accuracy
