Overview
Speech therapists are responsible for the development of treatment plans aimed at enhancing swallowing, cognitive, and communication abilities, while also working to diminish the risk of aspiration.
These communication treatment plans may incorporate techniques designed not only to improve an individual's intelligibility but also to facilitate their understanding of others.
ResponsibilitiesThe individual will be tasked with leading, guiding, and directing the delivery of speech-language pathology and audiology services within the facility, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as established facility policies and procedures.
This is essential for providing appropriate care and services to residents.
Submission Requirements- A minimum of two years of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is required.
