- Position: Long Term Care & Skilled Nursing (Rehabilitation Center at Wellsential Health)
- Hours: Friday – Monday 8–5 (start/end times dependent on census; may start earlier/later)
- Hours guarantee: 32–36 hours per week, potential for more based on census
- Logging: Provider will log hours each week from EMR (Rehab Optima). Hours to be signed by supervisor.
- Productivity: No imposed productivity requirements; expected to stay busy and in building to meet guarantee. Must clock in/out to receive hours.
